Our community

You can make a direct donationThe P&C has established a school building fund which has DGR status. This means donations are tax deductible and a receipt will be provided that meets the ATO's requirements.

Donate to our DGR for our school hall before the end of the financial year and gain a tax refund.

The P&C is calling for families of Mount Crosby State School and the wider community to help raise funds to kit out the sound, lighting and curtaining for inside the hall. In particular we are targeting the lighting component and we need approximately $25,000 for stage lighting. All funds donated this year will go towards this aspect of the hall.

You can donate by

  • cash/cheque to the P&C using a special envelope available from the school office;

  • direct deposit to BSB 638-260 account 10523286. If you are a parent of the school, please provide your full name and child’s class as a reference and notify the P&C via email that you have made a donation so that we can provide you with a receipt.

You can also......

Support the P&C indirectly. Volunteering with the P&C or donating requested goods helps keep costs down. Every little bit you do helps. You can always assist in the tuckshop or by attending working bees and also supporting other fundraising initiatives such as the markets and school discos.

Forecast hall usage – if you are currently involved in any local sporting/community groups please approach your committee to ask them to consider using our hall. We are keen to engage with local groups and maximise hall usage.
