To enrol your child at Mt Crosby State School follow these easy steps:
Step 1 Enrolment Application
Mount Crosby State School has a School Enrolment Management Plan (EMP) to ensure that students are guaranteed enrolment at the state school closest to their principal place of residence. This EMP is managed by Education Queensland and students residing within the catchment area are eligible to enrol at Mount Crosby State school
This process is as simple as completing the application for student enrolment form (PDF, 4611KB) for each child. This may be downloaded or collected from the school office.
The following permission forms also need to be completed for each child. These may be downloaded or collected from the school office.
Step 2 Enrolment Interview
Attend an enrolment interview with a member of our admin team. Please ring the school office to organize a suitable time. Please bring:
· Your child so that we may meet them.
· Each child’s original birth certificate.
· Each child’s latest report card if they have attended another school.
· Each child’s current passport and visa documents if born overseas.
Parents who wish to enrol their child at Mount Crosby State School are required to provide proof of their residential address to ensure they reside within the school’s catchment area. One of the following documents are required:
- a current lease agreement
- rates or electricity notice
- unconditional sale agreement showing an address which falls within the catchment area.
