Outside School Hours Care

Welcome to Mount Crosby State School P&C Outside school hours care (OSHC).

Mount Crosby Outside School Hours Care is a community based service, owned and operated by the Mount Crosby State School P & C Association.

At Mt Crosby OSHC we pride ourselves on the design and delivery of a rich and diverse program that builds upon children's ideas and interests and is informed by My Time, Our Place - Learning Framework for School Age Care in Australia.
Every day we plan a variety of activities and experiences for children to engage in.  These include a variety of clubs including:
·        Gardening/Loose Parts
·        Kitchen Science
·        Cooking
·        Sewing
·        Technology and more…
Our Educational Leader, works with children, families and our team of educators to create purposeful play spaces and meaningful leisure opportunities. Daily sports and physical activities are available as well as arts and crafts.

Service hours

Before school care: 6:30 am to 8:30 am

After school care: 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Vacation care: 6:30 am to 6:30 pm

The service is approved under the Education and Care Services National Law Act (2010) and Regulation (2011) which describes the requirements about activities, experiences and programs, staff/child ratios, staff qualifications and the use of an Approved Learning Framework.
